Jury Court Procedures
APALATEGUI ABOGADOS has extensive experience in proceedings prosecuted by the Jury Court, either as a defense or as an accusation. Since the entry into force of Organic Law 5/1995 of the Jury Court, on November 23, 1995, we have intervened in numerous jury procedures, with a high percentage of success, so we are highly specialized in the matter.
The Jury Court procedure is one that, after an investigation phase with certain procedural characteristics, is prosecuted by non-legal citizens (outside the Administration of Justice) who are the ones who constitute the Jury Court and have deposited the jurisdictional function while they exercise that work, they dictate the Sentence and it will be the Presiding Magistrate who later individualizes the penalty.
If you are immersed in a procedure of this nature, do not hesitate to contact us, we offer you the best defense of your interests before a Popular Jury.
